Precautions for using plastic cups:
1. Do not put this product in a microwave oven for heating.
2. After the carbonated drink is filled, if the cup is shaken vigorously, the gas will easily expand. When opening the lid, carefully pour the drink into the cup.
3. In order to maintain the taste of tea, it is recommended to use boiling water at 85°C. If you need to make tea with 100℃ boiling water, please let it stand for 3 minutes before closing the lid.
4. When holding hot water, the temperature of the cup may be too high, please handle it carefully.
5. When carrying it outdoors, be sure to buckle the safety buckles of the top cover and bottom cover to prevent liquid leakage.
6. Please be careful and slow when opening and closing the insurance buckle, so as not to cause unnecessary damage to the product due to excessive force.
7. Do not touch or close to the fire source to avoid melting and deformation.
8. Do not rub with a brush or hard objects, wipe with a soft sponge or cloth to avoid scratches; clean with detergent and water.
9. Do not put high-temperature, high-sugar, and high-fat foods into the container.
10. Do not lift the cover with your fingernails, so as not to damage your fingernails and scratch the product. When emptying the container, store the lid and the container separately.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
